Cougar Mountain Zoological Park is home to big cats, with an award-winning mountain lion exhibit and one of the top tiger exhibits in the country. But it is also home to the largest zoo herd of Siberian reindeer, and impressive collections of lemurs, macaws, and flightless birds. The animal exhibits and 11-acre grounds also include an extensive collection of bronze statues, an art gallery, and a museum.

Your day will also include a lunch and shopping stop at Gilman Village — a unique retail center of independent stores and 10 restaurants housed in old mining and farming buildings. Plus, enjoy a fun photo op with one of Thomas Dambo’s NW Trolls, Jakob Two Trees, made entirely out of recycled materials and standing 14 feet tall.
