Join us on a 1.5–2 hour tour of Deception Pass and Minor Island Aquatic Reserve. Located mid-way between Admiralty Inlet and Lopez Island, it has a lighthouse and NOAA weather station. The best parts of Minor Island are the seals, sea lions, and elephant seals that haul out and sunbathe on the shore. This tour is a partnership with Pacific Mammal Research and gives you an opportunity to learn more about the marine mammals in the Salish Sea. There’s also a chance to spot any of the 300+ bird species we encounter on the water. Ferry from Mukilteo to Whidbey, stop in for dining and shopping in charming Langley.
