Lake Quinault Lodge is one such place - a grand and rustic lodge built in 1926 that welcomes you with warmth, hospitality Here you can unwind in the lodge, treat yourself to lunch in the historic Roosevelt Dining Room (or bring your own picnic lunch), and then venture deep into the temperate rainforest and to cool off in the shade of the giant trees. There is a wonderful Interpretive loop trail just outside the lodge or book the optional two hour narrated boat tour on the lake.
